Intro Session - Somatic Coaching (online)
We meet over Zoom and the intention is for you to sense the helpful and healing effects of self-learning and self-reorganization.
You may share with me what has brought you here and what your aims are. You may also ask me any questions about my background and somatic movement.
Prepare for this coaching please by
- having a space to walk around in and floor space to lie down on,
- wearing comfortable clothes,
- having minimal distractions (as best as you can),
- and using a device with a camera and microphone.
